What services do you offer?
Figment Branding offers brand design, website design and development, and business set up. Aside from our main packages, we also are able to help with general graphic design projects. In short, if you’re not sure about something- just ask!
I am a medium sized business, can you help me?
Of course! While our services are marketed towards small businesses, we welcome businesses of all sizes! Feel free to check out our services page to determine which packages you are interested in, and then reach out!
Can you help us with social media content?
Social media is a huge aspect of business, as we all know! However, Figment Branding does not offer social media and content services. This means we will not create posts, schedule or upload them.
However, we can create custom templates on Canva for you to edit and use to create your own graphics!

Can you help us run advertisements for our business?
Unfortunately, we do not deal with running advertisements for your business. If you’re interested in having a graphic made for your ad, we can chat about that! However, as far as launching ads, we unfortunately cannot help you there! If this is something you feel is right for your business, we can recommend to you a local business that can help!
Can you help us set up our business?
Yes, we can! We can help with the following:
- purchasing a domain name
- purchasing a hosting plan/website platform
- creating and purchasing a custom business email through Google Workspace
- creating an optimized Google Business profile.
In short, this package is a great way to start off your business on the right foot!
How long do web design projects take?
Depending on the package selected, web design and development projects can take up to 8 weeks to complete. Figment Branding offers three different website packages.
- One-pager website
- Standard website
- Deep dive website
To sum up, the main difference between the packages is the number of pages, with each having different timelines.
Can I get a website designed without branding?
This is a hard question to answer! Short answer: it depends.
If you just have a logo, that is not branding. Branding must include a colour palette, fonts, and different logo variations.
We can’t design a website without branding already in place because that leads to inconsistencies, impacting your business.
Because of this, we do offer discounted services for businesses looking to invest in brand and website design.
